Coast and River Hike
Coast and River Hike is a course that combines rough terrain, cliff jumping and snorkelling. The course for beginners includes a single level, suitable for all those who have walking and swimming experiences, designed to explore areas of coasts and rocky riversides that are difficult to reach and hidden beaches. The training includes learning skills to move on difficult and steep terrain, scrambling techniques, snorkelling in the sea, rivers and ponds.
The Leader or Instructor course is aimed at those who have experience and knowledge to move easily and safely in these environments.
The course can only be taught by CRH Instructor with walking skills at sea and river, hill walking experience.

Requirements | Medical Fitness to swim – 12 years old – Comfortably swim in a pool or in fresh and sea water, hill walking and on trails skills |

Who should attend | Snorkeling and/or Free Swimming and those who can demonstrate knowledge and skills in coastline, river, lakes at water and on ground. |
