Rescue and Life Save
The water environment can change at any time, extreme weather events are becoming more frequent. Conditions such as dive sites with poor visibility, marine animals, boat damage, equipment and tools failure, personal factors such as fatigue, decompression illness and other dive or surface-related injuries require actions to stabilize an incident and minimize potential consequences.
Rescue operations take place in different environment in remote areas or coastal and inland places, it is essential understanding the risks for enabling the team to mitigate or reduce them.
A well-coordinated response, a person designated to coordinate search and rescue operations, rescue training courses and equipment appropriate, are a useful tool to save life.
